FactorChic wants to stay in contact with you to solve any question or issue you have in our store. Here is the complete FAQ. So we offer different methods to contact us
IMPORTANT: Please add our email account email@example.com to your contacts (address book), so you can receive our notifications (order confirmations, reply to tickets, email replies,...)
1.Tickets:(recommended) You can send us a "ticket", which is a form that contains your questions. Our system allows you to consult the historical data of all the tickets you have sent before.
2. E-Mail: You can also send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) to ask any question about our products and services. With your email a new ticket will be created.
3. Real time chat: One of our agents will attend you via the online chat. Our system sends automatically your question to the appropiate agent depending on the type of question. You can find the chat window in the bottom-right area of our shop.
4. Phone: This option is only used in limited ocassions, when it has not been possible to contact the client with the other methods. Taking into account the system integrated into our platform, this options is rarely needed. Anyway, Factorchic is who calls the client.
